Nostalgic Fonts
The Nostalgic Fonts project is a collection of free fonts that are inspired by the look and feel of classic typewriters. The fonts were created by designer and typographer, Michael Heffernan, who has been working on this project for over two years.
The Nostalgics are available in three different styles: Old School, Retro, and Vintage. Each style comes in four weights: Light, Regular, Bold, and Black. There are also italic versions of each font.
So what makes these fonts so special? Well, they’re not just any old fonts. These fonts were carefully crafted to give off an authentic vintage vibe. For example, the fonts include details like serifs, swashes, and ligatures. Also, the fonts come in a variety of sizes from small caps to display typefaces.
