3D Workspace Illustration Design
Step 1: Create a New Document
Start by creating a new document with dimensions of 8 inches wide by 11 inches high (20 cm x 27 cm).
Step 2: Draw a Rectangle
Draw a rectangle using the Pen tool. Use the default settings for this step.
Step 3: Add Some Details
Add some shadows to the corners of your rectangle. Then use the Direct Selection Tool (white arrow) to drag the shadow inward until it looks like the image below.
Step 4: Erase Unnecessary Shapes
Erase all unnecessary shapes from the canvas. Select the entire canvas and press Delete on your keyboard.
Step 5: Adjust the Color Scheme
Choose a color scheme that matches your brand guidelines. In our example, we chose #FFF0C7.

Step 6: Add Text
Use the Type tool to type “Workplace” in the middle of the canvas. Choose a font size of 12 pt.
Step 7: Add More Details
Add some highlights to the text. Set the highlight color to white (#FFFFFF), the shadow color to black (#000000), and the stroke width to 0.5 pt.
Step 8: Make It Look Realistic
Adjust the perspective so that the viewer sees the work area as if he were standing at the edge of the desk. To do this, click once on each corner of the canvas. Move the cursor away from the edges until the view appears distorted.
Step 9: Save Your Work!
Save your file as.ai or.eps format. You may need to adjust the brightness and contrast of your artwork before printing it.
