I have a pastime. My 33-foot sport sailboat is fun to race. We have a winning record overall and I am a reasonably strong sailor, but we are not particularly noteworthy. My customer was in this predicament. He had hired a staff that was already in place; they had been coworkers for a while. He had an agreement with the group as a whole, not with each person.
