Following your image’s upload to Pixlr E The seventh icon down on the top bar is labelled Filter. Click it. Afterward, go through the choices and place your cursor over Creative.
You can now choose the effect you desire. You should select the Wave filter for this tutorial.
Step #2: Choose Your Style
Here is when your imagination really shines. Wave effects come in three different shapes: round, triangle, and square. Don’t forget to use the adjustment sliders to change the Amplitude, Scale, and Rotation! You can experiment with it to see what looks best because it will give you a variety of distinctive looks.
We decided that Square would be the greatest option for our appearance.
We choose to move forward with this after experimenting with the adjustment sliders. We added (+13 Amplitude, +3 Scale, and we left the Rotate slider alone.
(However, only as an example. Here are some functions of the Rotate slider.)
You can decide how you want the edges to be filled by using the sliders below. (We obviously gave it the term Edge Fill.) To lend a sense of coherence and consistency to our edges, we chose Repeat.
Hit Apply after you’re finished configuring your look.

DownloadStep #3: Add another layer of the Wave effect
This step is not required. You can move on to the following step if you are already pleased with your update.
We’re not quite happy with this, though. We will proceed to add yet another layer of the Wave effect. This time, we’re turning up the Amplitude a little bit and pushing the Scale harder. (+4 Scale, +5 Amplitude)
For a somewhat more blended effect, we’re selecting Reflect over Repeat for the Edge Fill.
Step #4: Polish and Perfect It
The next step, and the one we’re all most familiar with, is to make any necessary adjustments (contrast, saturation, etc.). You are familiar with the procedure). For this image, we lowered the saturation, increased the temperature, and shifted the slider to a greener hue. By selecting Adjustment from the top bar, you can make all of these modifications. A drop-down menu with numerous possibilities will then appear.
I’m done now! Was that not quick and simple? The outcomes are also magnificent. A quick before and after is shown here:
