A glass Photoshop effect is created when you use a photo with an object behind it (like a window or mirror) and then apply a filter to make the image look like it was taken through glass. You can also create this effect using a transparent background on a photo.
This effect is created by using layers within Photoshop. The first layer is the glass itself, which has a gradient applied to it. Next comes the background image, which is then placed behind the glass. Finally, the text is added to complete the design.

You can easily recreate this effect using just a few tools in Photoshop. First, open the image you wish to edit. Then select all the layers except the Background layer. Press Ctrl+J to merge them together. Adjust the settings so that the blur radius is around 20 pixels. After applying the blur, press Alt+Backspace to undo it.
Next, go back to the Layers panel and click on the Blur Filter icon. Select Gaussian Blur and set the Radius to 20 pixels. Click OK to save the changes.
